Web 2.0

The basis of Web 2.0 is not that now "web sites offer services".

The basis of Web 2.0 is that instead of being a one-way communication tool, it now involves the users—it turns them into content providers and allows them to collaborate with each other, which gives birth to communities expanding on viral scales with bandwagon and/or network effect.

Also, there are no "PHP databases" and "SSQL transaction sites"—that's a mix-up of web development technologies terminology.

PHP is an interpreted scripting language more often used to develop dynamic web sites—with or without any database involved. SQL is a database query and management language, while MySQL, MS SQL and others are relational database management software—with or without any web transactions, with or without PHP involved. SSL (not "SSQL") is a cryptographic protocol often used on the web to provide secure transactions.

Close, but not quite right.
